Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected. If you buy online you can usually cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty or not as described.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will confirm how to send items back and process any refund to your original payment method.
