The customer supplies the TV. Eligible panel and backboard finishes are confirmed before booking; not every premium finish is included.
TV mounting, bracket requirements and electrical work are assessed and confirmed in your written quotation.
Floating shelves, fireplaces, floating cabinets and larger installations are optional upgrades, quoted separately.
We install nationwide across the UK. We confirm postcode coverage and any additional work before you commit, and show the full agreed price before payment.

What is included in £1,495?
Acoustic wall panels for a wall up to 3.4m wide × 2.4m high, a backboard suitable for a 65-inch TV, LED backlighting, supply and professional installation. Eligible finishes and your full specification are confirmed in your quotation.
Is the TV included?
No. You supply the TV. The standard backboard is suitable for a 65-inch TV; tell us your TV size so we can confirm suitability.
Can I choose different colours?
Tell us your preferred panel and backboard finishes, or choose ‘Help me choose’. We confirm eligible finishes before booking. Not every premium finish is included; any additional cost is shown in your written quotation.
Can I add shelves, a fireplace or cabinets?
Yes. Floating shelves, fireplaces and floating cabinets are optional upgrades and are quoted separately, not included in the standard £1,495 package.
What if my wall is larger?
Send your measurements and photos. Walls larger than 3.4m wide × 2.4m high are quoted separately. You see the full agreed price before paying.
Is electrical work included?
TV mounting, bracket requirements and any electrical work, including moving sockets or cables, are assessed and confirmed in the written quotation. Do not assume they are included in the standard package.
How do the deposit and balance work?
You pay a £500 deposit only after your specification, full written quotation and fitting date are agreed. For the standard package, the remaining £995 is due on completion. Any upgrades are included in your agreed total before payment.
When is my Christmas fitting date confirmed?
Sending this form is an enquiry, not a reservation. Your booking is confirmed after we agree your specification, quotation and fitting date and you pay the £500 deposit. Pre-Christmas installation applies to confirmed bookings with an agreed fitting date. These ten slots are the first release, not the only appointments before Christmas.
